Our Philosophy

Where mindful movement meets mindful eating.

At Beans Wellness, we believe wellbeing doesn’t end when the yoga mat rolls up.

That’s why we created Beans PAUSE™ — our signature wellbeing experience bringing together mindful movement and mindful eating in one thoughtfully designed experience.

From yoga and matcha to sound baths and festive rituals, breathwork and seasonal tastings, every Beans PAUSE™ creates space to slow down, reconnect and cultivate healthier everyday habits.

Why Beans Wellness?

Unlike traditional wellness providers that focus on a single activity, Beans Wellness designs integrated wellbeing experiences that combine movement, mindful eating and meaningful human connection.

Our programmes are thoughtfully designed around your organisation's people, culture and objectives—creating experiences employees genuinely remember.

Meet Alice

Before founding Beans Wellness, Alice spent over a decade leading regional marketing, partnerships and commercial initiatives across global organisations, while building and managing teams across Asia.

As a business leader herself, she experienced firsthand how the right wellbeing support can help people feel and work better — while helping businesses go further.

That perspective became part of the thinking behind Beans PAUSE™: a more thoughtful approach to everyday wellbeing that brings mindful movement and mindful eating together.

Alice has completed education in Employee Wellness and Stress Management at Stanford University School of Medicine, alongside extensive training across yoga, mindfulness, sound healing and movement.

Today, she works with organisations, hospitality groups and brands to create thoughtful wellbeing experiences that are engaging, meaningful and shaped around the people experiencing them.

Our promise

Move mindfully. Eat mindfully. Reconnect within.

Because wellbeing doesn't end when the yoga mat rolls up.
