These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.beans-wellness.com, bookings, and participation in any retreats, workshops, or services offered by Avo Green Limited.

By using our website or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made through our website or approved channels.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Hosted Checkout Flow: we will email or WhatsApp you a secure payment link so you can pay using Visa, MasterCard, FPS, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods.

We use secure third-party payment providers (Airwallex, Stripe, PayPal).

Our website does not redirect to external checkout pages.

By submitting payment, you agree to the terms and policies of our payment partners.

Avo Green Limited does not store complete credit-card or banking information.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All event are non-refundable.

You may transfer your booking to another person by emailing hello@beans-wellness.com

at least 7 days before the event.

If we cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full refund in 30 days or credit toward a future program.

4. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Our programs support wellbeing relaxation and personal growth and are not a substitute for medical care.

Please consult your doctor if you have any conditions or concerns.

Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for your own well-being.

5. Liability

While we take care to ensure safety, Avo Green Limited and its facilitators are not liable for injury, loss, or damage except in cases of proven negligence.

By attending our events, you release us from related claims.

All website content and retreat materials are the intellectual property of Avo Green Limited and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
